Mountain View is a great place to connect!  A long-standing church in the Ridgefield community with a fresh outlook on ministry and a warm and vibrant congregation to match, you will not only find it easy to fit in, but you will like what you find.

Mountain View is an exciting place were great things are happening every week.  We promote a positive and relevant message of hope and purpose from the Bible.  We work hard to create a sincere and friendly environment where you'll find people who really care about you. And we also seek to excel in the various ministry opportunities we offer, including great kids and youth programs, a dynamic Christian School hosting students from preschool through eighth grade, and fantastic ministry to men and women with a special focus on marriages and families.

As a church, we are continuously striving to provide A Place to Connect, because we live in a world where people find themselves increasingly isolated and disconnected. At Mountain View we work hard at building real relationships with people and creating an atmosphere of love, acceptance and forgiveness while offering spiritual direction and encouragement.

We also recognize that people are currently disenchanted with the way a lot of things are going right now in American Society and throughout the world.  A lot of people are seeking answers to difficult questions and desire to find something that can offer them a sense of stability, assurance, and even some semblance of purpose for their life and family.  We realize it isn’t always easy to reach out or even know where to look for such answers.

We also understand that coming to a church for the very first time or perhaps for the first time in a long time is not an easy thing to do.  There can be a lot of apprehension, uncertainty, and unanswered questions from what should I wear, where do I take the kids, and where are the bathrooms to questions about what do you believe as a church?  So we have made it our goal to make our guest’s experience at Mountain View a very simple and enjoyable process while seeking to give you certain resources you might desire to enable you to feel like your visit was worthwhile.
